NCIMS hired us because they had just had their site built, but the developer didn't have expertise in CiviCRM. So they hired us ensure that CiviCRM was properly set up and import their contact, member and event data from their existing system. After the initial set up was done, we were retained for regular maintenance and support of CiviCRM. More recently we have taken over the full site, supporting their Wordpress installation in addition to continuing to support CiviCRM.
